Tyrone is a county of long country roads, small villages and farms set back from the main routes between Omagh, Dungannon, Cookstown and Strabane. Living rurally should not mean going without help, so we bring the service to your door. Our team travels out to you, whether you are up in the Sperrins or out past Fivemiletown.
We are a local family business called Stairlift Solutions. Our office is at Omagh Enterprise on the Great Northern Road in Omagh, and from there we head out to homes all over County Tyrone with:
A fall on the stairs is a real worry, especially when the nearest neighbour is a field away. A stairlift lets you move between floors safely and keeps you independent in your own home. We can fit straight or curved lifts, indoors or outside, and you can choose a new, reconditioned or ex-rental model. Getting up to bed and down to the kitchen stops being something to dread.
We start by driving out to you for a FREE home survey, at no cost and in your own surroundings. Someone experienced from our team checks your stairs and goes through the results with you, so you understand your choices. Everything we fit is good quality equipment, fairly priced. A full warranty comes with every lift, and you can call our customer care line 24/7.
To book a visit, however far out you live, call 02891 882249.

Brooks Slimline Stairlifts
For straight stairs, the reliable and long-lasting Brooks Slimline is often available reconditioned. Its gentle start and stop make every trip feel steady, remote controls keep it simple, and the DC power packs recharge without any fuss as each run comes to an end.
Brooks 180 Curved Stairlifts
Stairs that curve need a lift designed for them. The Brooks 180 suits curved staircases and can be installed on the inner or outer curve, bringing the same reliability and features as Brooks' straight models.
HomeGlide Stairlifts
The HomeGlide straight stairlift keeps costs down without losing safety. It is reliable and robust, has the basic features you need, glides smoothly and quietly, and installs swiftly. We supply and fit HomeGlide lifts in homes across Tyrone.
HomeGlide Extra Stairlifts
The premium straight model is HomeGlide Extra, with extra options and a little luxury. Choose from fabrics and colours, enjoy its compact, elegant chair, and have the aluminium rail fitted neatly and discreetly by our specialists, who will also advise you.
Flow X Curved Stairlifts
ThyssenKrupp's Flow X succeeds the Flow 2A, which won awards, and is one of the foremost stairlifts on the world stage. Inside are the latest technology and German engineering, and a single rail that fits nearly any staircase, domestic or business.
Bespoke Synergy
Compact and easy to operate, the Synergy from Bespoke is a thoughtfully designed straight lift, with hidden features and a rail that is among the slimmest made. It stays unobtrusive while keeping you safe on the stairs.
Bespoke Infinity
Independence with minimum help is what the Bespoke Infinity curved lift is built for. Comfortable and British in its quality, it has a standard parts warranty that runs for 2 years, and our team will advise you and install it wherever you are in Tyrone.
Acorn Stairlifts
Acorn is a well-known stairlift make and a popular choice for reconditioned lifts. It is top quality. Its design is simple, so it is easy to use and straightforward to maintain.
Reconditioned Stairlifts
Reconditioned lifts are a good way to stay safe on the stairs for less. We have a full range of reconditioned straight stairlifts, including our own lifts that we buy back, from £950 installed, priced by the lift's age, condition and any remaining warranty. Each is fully serviced, checked, tested and cleaned, and most look just like new.
Rental Stairlifts
A stairlift for a short-term need, such as getting back on your feet after a hospital stay, can be rented for either 6 or 12 months. At the end of the period, the lift is returned.
Outdoor Stairlifts
Many Tyrone homes have steps outside. For external straight flights we install a Brooks outdoor stairlift, which works like the indoor version but is built with outdoor components, sheltered by a durable plastic cover from the rain and snow as well as heat and strong light. Homes and businesses can both use it.
Extended Warranties
Even very reliable lifts can need a repair now and then. An extended warranty takes in breakdowns and unforeseen repairs for peace of mind, backed by our after-sales care and a team available 24/7.
Mobility Scooters
A mobility scooter can help you stay independent on country roads and in town. There is a wide range to choose from, from Invacare, Sterling, Supascoota and others, and our experts are happy to advise by phone.
Riser Recliners
Our riser recliners are from Royams, a British family firm of almost 40 years, known for a personalised service. You choose the fabric, the frame and the size: Petite, Standard or Kingsize. A Patented Lift and battery backup are fitted, and motor and mechanisms are guaranteed for 5 years. We also supply high seat chairs and deliver in Tyrone.
Rollators
Coopers rollators give steady support while staying lightweight, for indoor and outdoor use. They combine quality, safety and comfort with good design, come in different sizes, colours and models, and are delivered to your door.
Manual Wheelchairs
BREEZY standard manual wheelchairs are a dependable choice, offering quality and ease of operation. Folding frames are offered in steel or aluminium, and every one is tested so you get a safe, stable ride.
Powered Wheelchairs
With a powered wheelchair you can get around indoors or out without relying on others. Expect good performance and manoeuvrability, with a choice of seating system, drive base and expandable controls.
Ramps
Our portable access ramps make steps safer for everyday use and come at prices for most budgets. Materials range from anodised aluminium and carbon fibre to plastic and rubber, all designed to give maximum safety and load for minimum weight.
Bathroom Aids
Bathroom slips are a common worry. Coopers bathroom aids let you bathe and shower safely on your own, and the built-in safety features include secure locking mechanisms and textured surfaces that give grip to wet hands.
Toilet Aids
Toileting and continence aids by Coopers are designed with practical features that support your independence, so you can manage daily routines with confidence. Ask our team which aids would suit you.
